Sales Representative for Lower Central Region
What is it that you do and what does your typical day look like? I am out on the road visiting PWL Shareholders, Trade Customers and also targeting new business opportunities whether it be Plumbers or Builders. Signing up New Shareholders and promoting PWL as a whole. Calling into branch to liaise with branch manager and staff regarding any issues that may arise along with feedback from clients. What is your favourite part of your role? Every day is different as I am dealing with a wide range of personalities, every customer has different needs. What advice do you have for someone who wants to do a similar role to you? Know your customers and doing what you say you are going to do. Be seen as adding Value to your customers business. Tell us about your career in Plumbing World: I have worked for Plumbing for 21 years. I started as a Showroom Consultant at the Wellington branch which led into a promotion to Retail Manager. I have been a Sales Representative for roughly the last 10 years. Why do you love working at Plumbing World? The Culture and the people I work alongside in the Lower Central Region Team.
